Answer
Before you fly, save your first hotel’s Chinese name, Chinese street address, and a map pin or nearby landmark. Screenshots work when data is slow.
Show the Chinese text to the driver or paste it into a ride-hailing app. English-only directions are easy to mishear. Confirm the destination on the driver’s screen before the car moves.
Keep one fallback meeting point (metro exit, hotel lobby name) if the pin is ambiguous. Area coordinates on editorial maps are representative, not entrance guarantees.
