These terms describe how visitors may use the site and how travel inquiries are handled before a booking is confirmed.

Website use

ChinaMate publishes China travel guides, destination advice, practical landing help (Pay · Connect · Move), and trip-planning information. You may use the site for personal travel research and to request planning support. You may not misuse forms, attempt to disrupt the site, or copy substantial parts of the site for commercial reuse.

Travel information

We aim to keep destination, route, pricing, and logistics information useful and current, but travel conditions can change. Final availability, inclusions, prices, and operating details are confirmed during the inquiry and planning process. Guides are preparation help with dated sources where linked — not guarantees for your dates, device, card, or merchant.

Inquiries and proposals

Submitting an inquiry does not create a confirmed booking. ChinaMate planning support and partner-operated trip services are arranged after discussion. A trip is only confirmed after both sides agree to the relevant itinerary, pricing, payment schedule, and cancellation terms.

Third-party services

Trips may involve hotels, guides, drivers, transport operators, ticketing systems, payment providers, or other third-party services. Their own rules and availability may apply. Soft affiliate links on the site open partner sites; ChinaMate does not complete a purchase on your behalf.
